**Responsibilities**:

- **Seller Dashboard Management**: Expertise in navigating and utilizing the Amazon and Flipkart seller dashboards to effectively manage product listings, inventory, pricing, and orders.
- **Advertising and Promotion**: Develop and implement strategies to maximize visibility and sales through advertising campaigns, sponsored products, and other promotional tools available on Amazon and Flipkart.
- **Cataloguing Optimization**: Ensure product listings are optimized for search visibility and conversion, including keyword research, product descriptions, images, and categorization.
- **Client Acquisition**: Proactively reach out to potential online sellers through cold calling and other communication channels. Pitch e-commerce services and benefits to convert them into clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and updates on marketplace trends and opportunities.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing Amazon and/or Flipkart seller accounts.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, advertising techniques, and cataloguing optimization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Prior experience in sales or client acquisition is a plus.
