Sales Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and approach potential riders who could benefit from our rental model.
- Effectively communicate the benefits, pricing, and features of the rental model to prospective riders.
- Build strong relationships with riders to increase retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct field visits, meetings, and calls to maximize rider conversion.
- Assist riders in the onboarding process, including document verification and contract signing.
- Gather feedback from riders to improve the rental model and resolve concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for subscribed riders.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, delivery, or vehicle rental services.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle objections professionally.
- Familiarity with the local delivery ecosystem and rider challenges.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Must be willing to travel locally for field sales.
