**Job Title: Machine Operator**

**Salary**: ₹16,000 - ₹18,000 per month

**Location**: Magadi Road, Bangalore

We are looking for skilled and experienced Machine Operators to join our team in Bangalore. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in production processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure machinery is in good working condition.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining various types of machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
