**Job Summary**:
We are looking for detail-oriented and dependable individuals to fulfill dual responsibilities as Laundry Workers at Namma Dhobi. As an Ironing Man (Steam Press), you will be responsible for professionally pressing garments to ensure wrinkle-free and crease-free results. Additionally, as a Laundry Worker (Washer/Helper/Machine Operator), you will handle washing operations, operating industrial machines, sorting laundry, and ensuring optimal cleaning outcomes. Your primary goal will be to contribute to the efficient and effective operation of our laundry services, delivering clean, fresh, and professionally finished laundry to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain steam press equipment for wrinkle-free and professionally finished ironing results.
- Use proper techniques to iron and press various garments, paying attention to fabric types and care labels.
- Handle delicate fabrics with extra care to prevent damage or shrinkage during ironing.
- Operate industrial washing machines and dryers, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Measure and add detergents, bleaches, and cleaning agents to the washers, adjusting settings as necessary.
- Inspect laundered items for cleanliness, damages, or abnormalities, and address any issues promptly.
- Fold, stack, and pack laundered items accurately and efficiently, adhering to folding and packaging standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the laundry area, including machines, work surfaces, and storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and process laundry orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Perform routine maintenance on laundry equipment to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in laundry operations, including ironing/pressing and machine operation, is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of different fabric types and their corresponding ironing and washing requirements.
- Familiarity with operating steam press equipment, industrial washing machines, and dryers.
- Attention to detail to spot stains, damages, or abnormalities on garments before and after cleaning.
- Physical stamina to handle standing, lifting heavy laundry items, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions, adhere to procedures and guidelines, and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other team members.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.

- Fixed Pay: 12k to 18k
- Variable Pay: Up-to 5k per month (Yearly hike + Performance bonus)
