**Job description**

Responsible for growing company revenue by effectively managing existing customer accounts and student fee collection status. They lead a team of Cashier and informs team lead the feed backs and concern faced by cashiers in different locations, vendors, faculties, parents and students. Finance Executive should have frequent communication with their subordinates and Team Leads

**Duties & Responsibilities: -**

1) Process Fee collection transactions

2) Calculate the fee instalment payable by the student and inform the parent regarding the total fee and the bifurcation

3) Accept payments from the customer in the form of cash, credit or debit card, cheque or other forms of payment

4) Calculate and return cash change when required by the payment method

5) Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer

6) Answer customers by answering questions if they know the answers regarding fee instalments, next date of which fee is to be made and in case if cannot resolve this issue delegate it to next level

7) Reconcile cash collection and fee receipts

8) Report issues with equipment if any

9) Coordinate on daily basis with Cashier allotted to them and verify if they have completed the daily task.

10) Cross verify the MIS Report with Total fee collection with cash deposited in bank, receipt and cash balance
- If any discrepancy found ask the reason from subordinate and inform the reporting officer

**Location**: Kannur

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Kannur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
