Job Title: Instructional Designer - E-Learning

Job Location: Virugambakkam, Chennai

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree

Experience : 1 to 2 Yrs

Skill Set : Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vyond.

We are looking for an Instructional Designer (eLearning Domain) with the following skills:

- Understand the 70:20:10 learning model
- Proficiency of Instructional design theories and models
- Problem solving abilities, like lateral thinking, design thinking
- Aware of existing technology platforms used in e-learning
- Exposure to mobile learning, scenario-based learning
- Reviewing source content to define learning objectives
- Structuring source content into a logical model
- Write detailed storyboards
- Identifying appropriate design approaches, quantifying the appropriate learner time
- Design and develop rich ILT/VILT content and assets for a global audience
- Working closely with client SMEs as and when required
- Identifying how and where to use graphics, audio, video, animation to achieve the required effect within the design approach
- Create supporting content that may include video, photos, audio, tests, quizzes, and interactive WBTs

Basic Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years direct experience in designing training content to include eLearning courses, instructor-led materials, job aids, multimedia products (video, graphic, audio), and other training materials.
- Basic Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as **Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vyond.**:

- Solid management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, working under tight timelines, and delivering results.
- Bachelor’s degree, industry certifications, or equivalent experience in learning design, learning science, instructional design, educational psychology, or similar field.
- A work sample demonstrating your experience and skill using course authoring tools and instructional design theory will be required as part of the hiring process.

**Preferred to work in the office**

Preferred to join immediately.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
