**Key Skills & Responsibilities**
- Research & design technical training modules.
- Manage & administer the content management systems.
- Industrial Engineer with good exposure to Business processes and Process Engineering
- Knowledge in instructional design is a PLUS
- Should be adept in content research & content development
- Should have knowledge on ISO standards, Quality Process like Lean, Six Sigma, etc
- Should be proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Word & Excel) & any content authoring tool

**General Requirements**
- Should be goal-oriented and work closed with a multi-cultural team
- Must be dynamic, willing to learn, hard working & committed.
- Excellent English oral & written communication Skills
- Experience in management consulting and training industry is an added advantage
- Must be comfortable with building relationship w/ the team & international partners/trainers'
