**Your Role**:

- **Install, configure, and manage Nutanix storage and VDI solutions**:

- **Deploy and manage Nutanix clusters, VMs, networks, and backups**:

- **Monitor and maintain cluster performance, handle alerts, upgrades, and support**:

- **Manage disaster recovery using Nutanix, VMware, and Hyper-V**:

- **Administer physical and virtual Windows servers**:

- **Lead and mentor team members; drive process improvements**:

- **Document and analyze server infrastructure changes**:

- **Provide 24/7 support**

**Your Profile**:

- **Experienced L3 Nutanix & VMware Engineer with 6-11 years of expertise in managing and optimizing enterprise infrastructure.**:

- **Skilled in Nutanix unified storage, VDI solutions, cluster deployment, and disaster recovery using VMware, Hyper-V, and CISCO UCS.**:

- **Proficient in Windows Server (2008-2022) administration, Prism Central, and infrastructure monitoring.**:

- **Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and leadership capabilities. Certified in MCSA / MCITP / Nutanix / VMware.**:

- **Flexible, research-driven, and committed to 24/7 support environments.**
