**Sales Executive - On Field** is a professional who is responsible for directly engaging with potential clients and customers in the field (outside of a traditional office setting) to promote and sell products or services. This role involves traveling to meet clients, building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and closing sales deals
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and reach out to new clients or customers in a designated territory or market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct in-person presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Highlight the features, advantages, and benefits of the product or service.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Manage sales pipelines to ensure timely follow-up.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Adjust sales strategies based on market conditions and customer demands.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork, contracts, and agreements are properly executed.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers, including calls, meetings, and transactions.
- Report on sales activities, forecast potential deals, and update Manager regularly.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless sales process and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Education and Experience**:
- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or Mechanical/Commerce/MBA
- **Experience**: 0Years to 4 years of experience in Steel sales or Commercial Product Sales.
