**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Data Entry and Management**:
- Accurately input and update data into relevant systems.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Prepare and process documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- **Customer Support**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- **Report Generation**:
- Create and analyze reports to track key performance indicators and identify trends.
- Prepare presentations and other materials for management review.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree
- **Experience**:Fresher also welcome.**:
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, and data entry tools.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
