**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage inventory levels of raw materials, chemicals, and finished products.

2. Ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials according to company procedures and safety guidelines.

3. Supervise and train store personnel to maintain a high standard of efficiency and accuracy.

4. Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock discrepancies and losses.

5. Coordinate with procurement and production departments to forecast material requirements and maintain optimal stock levels.

6. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory records with physical stock on hand.

7. Monitor storage conditions to ensure compliance with safety regulations and product specifications.

8. Maintain proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing materials, including invoices, delivery notes, and inventory reports.

9. Implement measures to improve store efficiency, such as optimizing layout and implementing digital inventory management systems.

10. Liaise with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues related to deliveries or quality of materials.

11. Collaborate with the quality control department to ensure that all materials meet required standards before acceptance into the inventory.

12. Respond promptly to any store-related emergencies or incidents, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.

13. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to chemical storage and handling.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2. 2-5 years of experience in store management within the chemical industry.

3. Proven leadership abilities with a strong focus on team building and employee development.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for chemical storage and handling.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
