**Job Title : Client Support Executive.**

**A Client Care Executive** serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience with the company’s services. This role is essential in building strong client relationships, maintaining ongoing communication, and supporting overall client satisfaction and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Support**:

- Resolve queries and provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Investigate customer complaints and identify solutions.
- Process returns, refunds, or exchanges as per company guidelines.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including queries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Update customer accounts and ensure data accuracy.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Provide personalized support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide information about services and actionable along with deadlines.
- Help Client know the progress on the jobs assigned.
- **Feedback Collection**:

- Gather and document customer feedback for product or service improvements.
- Share insights with management for process enhancement.
- **Sales Support (Optional)**:

- Upsell or cross-sell products and services, if applicable.
- Assist with placing orders and tracking deliveries.
- Client onboarding process
- Payment follow up with the clients.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Educational Requirements**: :Graduation mandatory.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Active listening and empathy.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Multitasking and time management.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

**Experience**:

- Preferred: 1-2 years in a similar customer-facing role.

**Language Proficiency**:

- Fluency in the local language and English is often required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
