Associate, Corporate Accounting Services

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Accounting & Tax Specialist to join our team and play a key role in managing the financial operations of our diverse client base. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting services, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and building strong client relationships. You will also be involved in problem-solving and providing proactive solutions for our clients, helping them navigate complex financial and tax matters with ease.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Accounting Services:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting for clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in India.

Prepare and maintain accurate accounting vouchers, ledgers, and financial statements.

Monitor accounting records and identify discrepancies, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Tax Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure timely and accurate tax filings on behalf of clients, in compliance with applicable tax laws.

Prepare and submit tax returns, liaising with government authorities and tax professionals as needed.

Advise clients on tax planning strategies and best practices to optimize their financial position.

Client Relations & Advisory:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering personalized support and advice on accounting and financial matters.

Provide clients with proactive advice on improving internal capital management and financial processes.

Follow up with clients for outstanding receivables and provide solutions to manage and resolve overdue accounts.

Office & Administrative Management:
Assist with the smooth operation of the office and perform various administrative duties to support overall business functions.

Ensure that all client documents, including accounting vouchers and financial records, are securely stored and well-organized.

Support ad-hoc accounting and tax projects for clients as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:
Proven Expertise: Strong understanding of Indian accounting and tax regulations, with the ability to independently prepare accurate financial statements, accounting vouchers, and tax filings.

Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and government authorities.

Customer-Focused: A professional, service-oriented attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality client experiences.

Problem Solving: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve accounting issues efficiently.

Software Proficiency: Practical experience with accounting software such as Tally, MYOB, or XERO is required.

Fluent in English: Both spoken and written English proficiency is a must, as most client communication and reporting will be conducted in English.

Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and reliability.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while working independently on assigned tasks.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
