Lakme Academy, Nagpur is looking for a Student/Academic Counsellor who is passionate enough to enroll max students and must be enthusiastic, active and team player.

Qualifications:
Graduate/ Postgraduate, Tech savvy, Proficient in the usage of MS Office/Excel/PPT. Excellent Communication & people Skills Patient, good listener, enthusiastic. Min 1 -2 years in counsellor position will be preferable. Exposure to the Beauty & Wellness industry with certificates would be an added advantage.

Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to prospects. As well as be able to schedule and conduct structured counseling sessions and assist them to enroll in academic courses, also drive growth and conversions. Maintain regular communication with the trainers and students to ensure a smooth learning experience.
- Doing cold calling and convincing
- Identifying sales opportunities
- following up with customers/students
- meeting sales / profitability targets
- Take measures to generate enquiries.
- Ensure support for conversion of enquiries.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
- Patient and understanding.
- Push for internal course upgradation.
