**Experience**:
Minimum experience of at least 1 year in the development sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize women into Self-Help Groups (SHG) in selected villages.
- Organizing monthly saving meetings, record keeping & bank linkages for self-help groups.
- Mobilizing women & adolescent girls for training programs planned under the project.
- Assist the immediate supervisor in maintaining the data with proper documentation.
- Coordinate with banks for saving & credit activities.
- Provide overall operational support in the designated project locations.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of local language.
- Should be open to travel & undertake fieldwork.
- Knowledge & understanding of issues related to self-help groups & community.
- Experience in handling livelihood projects.
- Function as a team player.
- Ability to meet reporting deadlines.

**Salary**:
INR 1.80 + travel / annul
