**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into high-quality video content that aligns with brand standards.
- Enhance video quality by adjusting colors, sound, and visual effects.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure videos are aligned with marketing goals and target audience.
- **Content Creation**:

- Assist in the creation of engaging videos for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Incorporate animation, sound effects, and graphics into videos to improve viewer engagement.
- Contribute ideas for fresh video formats and storytelling techniques.
- **Video Production Support**:

- Help with organizing and preparing assets (footage, audio, images) for editing.
- Assist in video shoots, ensuring proper setup of equipment and on-screen elements.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work alongside other team members (social media, graphic design, content creators) to produce cohesive content for multi-platform distribution.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions to meet project goals.
- **Trend Research**:

- Stay up-to-date with current video trends, editing techniques, and popular social media content to bring fresh ideas to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Basic proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with video formats for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for design.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Passion for video production and digital content creation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
