**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to understand project requirements and deliver visually appealing content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance video editing skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Ensure that all video content maintains a consistent and cohesive visual style, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Manage and organize video assets, maintaining an efficient and accessible digital library.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for video concepts and campaigns.
- Stay current with advancements in video editing software and technology, making recommendations for software upgrades or new tools as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of editing projects.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, and audio recording.
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field is preferred.
