- Arranging maintenance. items and other emergency purchases from markets.
- Searching and evaluating new suppliers for regular items, arranging samples and negotiations
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials
- Processing of indents into purchase orders (imported and domestic)
- Ensure zero loss of production due to material non-availability
- Vendor development and up gradation for the efficient execution of the purchase orders
- Ensure vendors meet their contractual obligations
