**Position Title**: M365 Migration Specialist

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute Microsoft 365 workload migrations, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations with mínimal disruption using tools such as BitTitan and Quest.
- Configure and manage new Office 365 tenants, including licenses, security, compliance policies, and access settings.
- Perform pre-migration assessments, develop migration strategies, and ensure efficient data transfer.
- Manage device configuration and integration into new tenants using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
- Design and implement MDM/MAM policies and assign Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues, device configuration challenges, and IT incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create user guides, document migration processes, and provide training for end-users and internal teams.

**Preferred Skills and Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in M365 migrations and device management.
- Proficiency in migration tools like BitTitan and Quest Migration Manager.
- Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for secure device management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Hands-on experience with **Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)** for authentication and management.
- Familiarity with configuring cybersecurity measures using **Microsoft Defender**.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud platforms.

**Certifications**:

- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-100, MD-101).
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
