**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily cash transactions efficiently using the Petpooja software.
- Process customer orders, handle billing, and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Maintain records of all financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing queries and providing billing support.
- Balance cash registers, ensure proper accounting, and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the team to handle payment issues promptly.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Petpooja software or willingness to learn quickly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
