We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3-4 years of hands-on

aesthetics, and the ability to convert complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user

interfaces.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse design briefs and determine requirements.
- Conceptualise visuals and layouts based on project needs.
- Create rough drafts and present design ideas.
- Design illustrations, logos, and other visual assets using software or by hand.
- Select appropriate colours, typography, and visual elements to align with brand identity.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketers for final design delivery.
- Ensure responsive and consistent design across multiple platforms (web, mobile,

tablets).
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary design revisions.
- Ensure high visual standards and brand consistency in all designs.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Basic understanding of colour theory, light, shadow, and design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and related software.
- Good English communication skills and comprehension.
- Ability to learn new tools, follow instructions, and work collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, problem-solving approach.
- Self-motivated with a passion for design and continuous improvement.
- Must have an online design portfolio showcasing previous work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
