**We are looking for Tele Sales Executive with at least 1-2 years of Real Estate Sales Experience.**

Tele Sales Executive Responsibilities:

- To sit at site and show the project site to prospective buyers visiting the site.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Try to Close deals by himself or with the help of Senior Sales Manager and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Job Specification:
1. **Real Estate Experience** **is must**

2. Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
