As a New Car Salesman at Veer Mahindra, your primary responsibility is to facilitate the sale of new vehicles to customers. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide information on available new car models to help them make an informed purchase decision. Your goal is to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:Welcome and engage with customers who visit the dealership.
Build strong relationships with customers and understand their preferences and requirements.
Provide detailed product information, answer questions, and arrange test drives.

Product Knowledge:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all new car models in inventory.
Educate customers about vehicle features, specifications, and technology.
Explain differences between models and assist in configuring customized options.

Sales Process:Guide customers through the entire sales process, from vehicle selection to purchase.
Conduct negotiations on pricing and financing, and explain warranty options.
Assist with paperwork and ensure a smooth and efficient purchasing experience.

Relationship Building:Cultivate lasting customer relationships and encourage brand loyalty.
Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Sales Targets:Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to improve sales performance.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly.

Compliance and Documentation:Ensure adherence to dealership policies and compliance with legal requirements.
Accurately complete sales-related paperwork and maintain proper documentation.
Follow established procedures for vehicle test drives and deliveries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
