Job Description: Tiles & Sanitary Showroom Sales Executive
**Position Overview**:
The Tiles & Sanitary Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting the best products for their needs, and achieving sales targets. The role involves working closely with customers, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience in the showroom.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement and Sales**:
- Greet customers and understand their requirements.
- Provide detailed information on tiles, sanitary products, and other showroom items.
- Assist customers in selecting products that suit their needs and budget.
- Prepare and present quotations to clients.
- Close sales and ensure timely follow-up with potential leads.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest trends, product features, and industry developments.
- Educate customers about product materials, quality, and installation processes.
- **Showroom Maintenance**:
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Arrange displays to highlight new arrivals or promotional items.
- **Order Processing and Documentation**:
- Prepare invoices and coordinate with the accounts department for billing.
- Manage inventory records and ensure timely restocking.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for product delivery.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Address customer concerns and provide post-sales support.
- Gather feedback to improve service quality.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Contribute to team sales goals and assist colleagues when needed.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in tiles, sanitary, or building materials.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and cater to customer needs.
- Basic knowledge of interior design or construction is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computers and sales software.
- Highly motivated and result-oriented.
**Work Environment**:
- The role is showroom-based and may require standing for extended periods.
- Occasional site visits may be needed to understand customer requirements.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,682.74 per month
