**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage B2B partnerships with retailers, salons, distributors, and local businesses.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Conduct product presentations, promotions, and in-store visibility drives.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Report daily sales activities, competitor analysis, and market insights to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- 1-3 years of experience in **field sales / B2B / FMCG / retail sales** preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Should own a **two-wheeler with valid driving license**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
