**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, pantry, dish room, and all food preparation areas.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment.
- Wash and properly store all cooking equipment, dishes, utensils, and glassware.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and supplies safely and according to protocols.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed (e.g., peeling, portioning).
- Remove garbage and recycling, ensuring waste disposal areas are clean and sanitary.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Support kitchen and service staff during busy hours.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as necessary.
- Follow all company hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a steward in a hospitality or food service setting.
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards and cleaning techniques.
- Ability to operate commercial dishwashing and kitchen equipment.
- Physically fit; able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Preferred**:

- Food Handler’s Certificate or equivalent.
- Experience in fine dining, hotels, or cruise lines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
