**Job Overview**:
The Admin cum Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and ensures smooth day-to-day
operations of the office by managing administrative and front-desk tasks efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Handle inquiries from clients, employees, and external parties in a courteous manner.
**Administrative Support**:
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist in filing, record-keeping, and maintaining confidential documents.
Support other departments with clerical tasks as assigned (e.g., data entry, printing, scanning).
**Office Coordination**:
Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements.
Monitor and report office equipment maintenance needs.
Maintain employee attendance and visitor log
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
