
Product Sales Executive

**Experience Required**: 1-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare sector
**Responsibilities**:
- **Revenue Generation**: Drive significant revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining existing accounts.
- **Client Acquisition**: Onboard new doctors, hospitals, healthcare institutions, and build strong, lasting relationships with them.
- **Partnership Development**: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships within the healthcare industry, including industry associations.
- **Channel Sales**: Manage relationships with channel partners such as healthcare agencies, chemists, and old-age homes to expand reach.
- **Collection**: Ensure timely collection of payments and effectively resolve stuck cases.
- **Client Retention**: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and a high level of client satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead in the industry.
- **Reporting**: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, targets, and progress.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales in medical devices, with a preference for those with a healthcare background.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. You should be a persuasive, confident speaker and be able to tailor your approach based on client needs.
- **Target Driven**: You must be goal-oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, partners, and stakeholders.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
