**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching Excellence**: Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures, workshops, and hands-on coding sessions on Java, ensuring students grasp fundamental concepts and advanced topics effectively.

**Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update course materials that align with industry standards and best practices.

**Student Engagement**: Provide one-on-one guidance, mentorship, and support to students, helping them build a strong foundation in Java programming.

**Assessments**: Develop and evaluate assignments, quizzes, and projects to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

**Code Reviews**: Review and provide feedback on students' code to help them improve their coding skills and understand best practices.

**Stay Updated**: Stay current with developments in the Java programming language and integrate relevant industry knowledge into your teaching.

**Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, manage classroom logistics, and address student queries effectively.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in the Java programming language, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex Java concepts clearly.

Prior teaching or mentoring experience, particularly in Java, is a significant advantage.

Patience and adaptability in teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
