Full Time Instructor- Java

**Responsibilities**:
**Teaching and Instruction**:Conduct engaging and effective Java programming classes for students of various skill levels.
Deliver lectures, lead discussions, and facilitate hands-on coding exercises.
Provide clear explanations of complex programming concepts and techniques.
Foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment that encourages student participation and active learning.

**Curriculum Development**:Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
Incorporate industry best practices and emerging trends in Java development into the curriculum.
Design projects and exercises that challenge and enhance students' coding skills.

**Student Support**:Offer guidance and support to students during and outside of class hours.
Provide timely feedback on assignments, projects, and assessments to help students improve.
Address individual student needs and tailor instruction to accommodate different learning styles.

**Technical Expertise**:Demonstrate a deep understanding of Java programming language, object-oriented concepts, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java and related technologies.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with other instructors, department heads, and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the educational programs.
Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development activities.

**Continuous Improvement**:Seek opportunities to enhance teaching techniques and methods.
Actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of the curriculum and program.

**Relocation**:This position requires the willingness and ability to relocate to our specified location.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in Java development, with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring students is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Patient, approachable, and empathetic demeanor when working with students.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated passion for technology, programming, and education.
