**Job Description**:

- Working on Event management products from Interlink ASI and BMC True Sight Operations
- Management (TSOM) to develop automation, API’s and drive self-service.- To provide follow the sun support along with Level 3 production support on rotation
- Support ServiceNow migration and develop integration utilities to support Event management.
- products- Drive AIOps implementation using machine learning and Self-healing automation
- Provide in time zone support for regional stakeholders and drive communication with global team.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE REQUIRE**
- BMC True Sight Operations Manager (TSOM) ( 2-3)
- Interlink ASI product experience ( 1-2)
- ServiceNow Experience ( 1-3)
- Splunk ITSI ( or any other AIOps product) ( 1-2)

**OPTIONAL/NICE TO HAVE**
- Python scripting (6 months - 1 year)
- Shell Scripting (1- 2 year)
- API Development (1-3 years)
- 4-5 years of experience in BMC Patrol/True site for Infrastructure Monitoring (System level/DB monitoring/ Middleware)
- Strong hold on Unix commands
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with Service management tools.
- Experience in engaging with customers/user to gather requirement to implement monitoring.
- Good with process and ITIL concepts.
- Good to have banking domain knowledge.
