The Data Delivery group in S&P Global focuses on providing customers with world class service and operational excellence. **Position summary**

Data Delivery is seeking an experienced programming professional to provide extensive technology and data integration consultancy to the API customers globally. This hands-on role will require providing technical guidance, help and advice to a large and increasing number of Data Delivery customers.

The position requires strong knowledge of Java / C#, HTML, Javascript, JSON, Python and Mongo JS. Financial industry knowledge would be a considerable advantage.

**Duties & accountabilities**
- On-board new API customers to the Data Delivery platform
- Develop and maintain thorough and accurate samples and documentation for specific API requests as well as generic API concepts
- Assist Product and Sales for new customer deals
- On-board new data sets on the Producer API service
- Configure API services according to business requirements

**S **kills**
- University graduate or equivalent in a computing degree
- 3+ years programmer / developer experience in Java / C# / C++
- Experience working in a technical support role is preferred
- Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Experienced with network and software issues
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely on all levels (team, management and customers)
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills, team player, ability to work in a global team
