Job Description:
Guest Relations Executive

Kish Hospitality Consultant is seeking an experienced and passionate Guest Relations Executive to join our client at our in Goa. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for all our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, offering a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, handling any inquiries or requests promptly and professionally
- Familiarize guests with the hotel's facilities, services, and amenities
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance and recommendations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and find reasonable solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain detailed guest records and documentation
- Contribute to the overall guest satisfaction and loyalty initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a guest-facing role in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in English & Hindi preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
