**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Production**:

- Develop visually engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute design concepts.
- Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas and understand project requirements.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Stay updated with design trends and incorporate them into our design strategy when relevant.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- **Skills**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in designing for the education sector.
- Knowledge of basic video editing and animation.
