The Office Administrator provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the elevator Industry. This role involves managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining office records, answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments, preparing and maintaining office records, processing invoices and maintaining accounts payable and receivable, assisting with the preparation of service reports and other documentation, communicating effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors, providing excellent customer service both internally and externally, handling customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, assisting with special projects as assigned, and performing other administrative duties as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
