**You’ll make a difference by**:

- The employee's prime responsibility is to work on the input received from the respective country Compensation and Benefits team in timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all KPIs are met as per SLA.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to Management.
- Manage day to day deliverables, ensure no backlogs created.
- Identifies training needs for the associates/team members.
- Participates in internal & external governance by adhering governance models applicable at a process level.
- Diagnosis the gaps in existing process, identifies opportunity for improvement and implements the re-engineering initiatives in order to meet client and internal commitments on a continuous basis.

**Your success is grounded in**:

- Hand on Experience in Microsoft office, SAP, Workday.
- Should have good communication skill and build rapport with the Customers.
- Quality oriented. The person should check the output file before delivering back to the customer.
- It would be good if the person has some background about Incentive payment (Bonus) process.
- Should be proactive to identify the missing data and ensure to get this from the respective customer.
- Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives and assist with system integration/automation.
