- Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads
- Following up on leads to convert them into sales
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns
- Updating customer information in the database
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets
- Achieving weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and sales
- Conducting market research and providing feedback to the management team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Telecaller
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
