
Telesales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Cold Calling**: Contact potential customers from a provided list to introduce products or services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify prospects and convert leads into qualified sales opportunities.
- **Customer Interaction**: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Explain the benefits, features, and prices of products or services and answer customer queries.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- **Follow-up**: Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing post-sale support or informing them of new offers.
- **CRM Management**: Enter and update customer information in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- **Objection Handling**: Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and handle objections efficiently.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with the sales team and management to strategize and improve sales processes.
**Required Skills**:
- **Excellent Communication**: Strong verbal communication skills to convey messages clearly and persuasively.
- **Sales Skills**: Ability to sell products and services over the phone by understanding customer needs.
- **Persistence and Patience**: Willingness to make multiple calls and handle rejection professionally.

- **Negotiation Skills**: Skilled at negotiating and closing sales deals.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time efficiently, handling multiple calls and tasks daily.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accurate data entry and tracking of customer interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in tele sales, sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
