- Role Overview

As a Social Media Executive, you will manage and grow ICHARS' presence across social platforms, run and optimize paid ad campaigns, create compelling content, and use AI-powered tools to drive efficiency and results. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end social media and paid media execution, with measurable lead generation and engagement goals.
- Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Content Execution

Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut)

Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and ads

Maintain and manage a structured content calendar aligned with brand goals
- Social Media Engagement

Monitor messages, comments, and interactions across platforms

Use AI sentiment tools to track engagement and community mood

Engage actively with followers, communities, and mental health influencers
- Influencer & Community Collaborations

Identify relevant influencers and initiate collaborations

Use AI tools to evaluate engagement rates and audience alignment

Cultivate partnerships with professionals in mental health and coaching
- Paid Media Campaigns

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Use AI-powered tools for audience targeting and performance optimization

Monitor ROAS, CPC, lead quality, and conversion metrics

Generate campaign performance reports and suggest improvements
- Analytics & Optimization

Track KPIs using Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and AI dashboards

Run A/B tests for creative assets, captions, and CTAs

Use insights to improve content strategy and campaign performance

✔ Scheduling/management tools: Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Studio

✔ Analytics: Google Analytics, Meta Insights
