**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos to attract and engage the target audience.
- Manage daily posts and interactions; respond to comments, DMs, and customer queries promptly.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.
- Track and report analytics to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and influencers for campaign execution.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Assist in competitor analysis and audience research.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. (Freshers may also apply.)
- Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
