Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.
  • Create engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
  • Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to followers, and engage with the audience in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align content with brand campaigns.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Run paid promotions and boost posts when required.
  • Identify new platforms and opportunities for brand promotion.
  • Manage brand reputation online through consistent messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
  • Good writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
