Responsibilities:

- Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands while optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
- Team Management: Lead and supervise production teams, including operators, technicians, and other staff, to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Implement measures to address any quality issues promptly.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials, equipment, and manpower for production activities.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Implement strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all production personnel.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, yield, and efficiency. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Problem Solving: Address production-related issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Communication: Maintain open communication channels with internal stakeholders, including management, sales, and customer service teams, to ensure alignment of production activities with business goals and customer requirements.
- Documentation: Prepare production reports, schedules, and other documentation as required. Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
