**Job Descritpion of PEGA Admin**:
6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience
- CSA/CSSA certification and good sense of troubleshooting by understanding the requirements and the needs of the requested issues.
- Experience in PEGA installation on OpenShift container
- Experience in Troubleshooting all kinds of environment issues.
- Experience in Pega Deployments using Jenkins integrations and manual deployments end to end.
- Experience in performance tuning such as finding Pega alerts, latency, OOM issues and long running DB queries
- Monitoring experience on Pega rules, Alerts logs, JVM issues and checking for capacity planning such as heap memory and max metaspace(Perm Gen) issues.
- PEGA (rules/alerts/cluster/pal) Logs analysis and good hands-on practices on PDC.
- Knowledge on understanding the infrastructure level activities like Heap space/ Nodes/JVM/Upstream and Downstream/ Load Balancer etc.
- Awareness of Pega & decisioning concepts (for debugging).skills like Tomcat/ Websphere/ Weblogic etc.
**Good-to-Have**
- Good to have Knowledge on Linux basic commands and shell files.
- Good to have added knowledge on Pega Marketing (NBX or Decisioning), BIX etc for value additions.
