The Role

The responsibilities also includes:
- Document issues, defects, and anomalies discovered during testing.- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.- Communicate test results, progress, and challenges effectively.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth testing processes.- Participate in quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle.- Troubleshoot any environment-related issues.-
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members.- Participate in ST, SIT and UAT execution and feedback.- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure API functionality aligns with requirements.

Required Technical and Professional Experience- 7+ years of Proven hands-on experience with manual and automation testing of web development, APIs, and scripting languages-
- Ability to programmatically or manually test any software product and develop automation- Possesses advanced level understanding of BA, QA/QC professional standards, business processes, workflows, methodologies and leading practices.- Directs and monitors BA and QA/QC activities to ensure the traceability and op- Great attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate and document defects in complex software features- Worked on projects involving large CRM data volumes and batch integrations- Experience in testing advanced formulas and workflow rules to enforce business processes- Experience working with development teams to document and clarify requirements and manage scope of defined features and functions during project lifecycle- Experience in successfully implementing quality guidelines, standards and procedures- Creative - able to think outside the box; uses knowledge gained through prior experience, education, and training to resolve issues and remove project barriers in a timely manner

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience- With bachelor's degree or master’s degree- Good to have technical understanding of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) and Pega product knowledge- Salesforce Certified - Salesforce Admin and Developer Certifications is a plus- Understanding of test automation framework design models and best practices is a big plus- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation skills a plus- Create detailed test plans that cover various scenarios and use cases.- Develop test cases to thoroughly validate software functionality.- Align testing efforts with user requirements and organizational standards.- Conduct manual testing by following test cases and scripts.- Analyse test results to identify defects and inconsistencies.
