Position: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Gurgaon (WFO)

Experience: 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
○ Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, networking, etc.) to build a strong

talent pipeline.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
○ Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment on

○ Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (2-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with industry-specific hiring trends and market dynamics.
- Experience in lateral recruitment is a plus.
