**Job Description: Graphic Designer (Studio Adaptations)**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging visual content including but not limited to digital and print materials, banners, social media posts, and marketing collateral.
- Adapt existing creative assets to various formats, ensuring that the design stays true to the original creative intent across different sizes and platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to maintain brand consistency in all designs and adaptations.
- Ensure timely delivery of all design assets according to the project requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback, implementing changes where necessary.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and design techniques to continually improve design quality and efficiency.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in graphic design and studio adaptations. in an ad agency
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent visual design skills with a solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Experience with both print and digital design.
- Good communication skills and the ability to take direction and feedback.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high design standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai - 400063, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
