**Designing Workout Program under IMWOW**
- Strategize and design safe and comprehensive programs for various participants from diverse groups (age, sex, location).
- Identifying and implementing program USPs.
- Regular improvements, enhancements and value addition to the programs.

**Delivering Online Workout Sessions**
- Taking online workout classes including one on one sessions and group sessions.
- Perform and demonstrate all workout exercises to participants and ensure compliance with safety and health standards.
- Keeping the sessions interactive and creative.

**Evaluation and Counselling**
- Evaluate exercises performed by participants and recommend correction whenever required.
- Monitor participant performance and recommend a different form of workout is required.

**Client Satisfaction**
- Regularly taking inputs and suggestions to build a practical, effective and helpful workout program.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and assist with related queries. (Can also take help from our certified dieticians if required).
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with participants and ensure the highest level of customer service.

**Content Creation**
- Help in creating various content (videos, text, videos) whenever required in which you will be asked to visit our studio.

**Liaising with other team members**
- Working with other teams (dieticians, writers, admin etc.) for smooth functioning of work with compliances of all rules and regulations of the company.
- Handle nutrition and health-related questions
- Refer to and promote fitness packages and plans
- Carry out First Aid and CPR if needed
- Follow safety and hygiene guidelines

Requirement
- Gym Instructor certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous work experience as a Fitness Trainer or similar role
- Focus on client satisfaction.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Deliver excellent results.
