ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage courier and sample services, including receiving and dispatching parcels and samples. Maintain complete documentation related to this in the company assigned formats.
- Handle customer queries related to deliveries with handy tracking and delivery details to provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with mail drafting, expense reports, and other administrative duties.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment tracking and inventory management.
- Good coordination skills with field staff for samples receiving and dispatching.
- Keep track of the courier/parcel/sample bills. Coordinating for timely payments.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Computer Skills
- Education Qualification
- 12th pass minimum.
- Strong Coordination and communication skills for effective teamwork and follow ups. (hindi-fluent, English-mediate level)
- Experience
- minimum 1 or plus years of experience.
- Good english typing and writing abilities.
