Job Title: Admissions Counsellor

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

2. Conduct campus tours: Showcase the institute's facilities, resources, and culture to prospective students and their families.

5. Meet recruitment targets: Achieve monthly and annual recruitment goals by actively promoting the institute's programs.

6. Collaborate with faculty and staff: Work closely with academic departments, student services, and other teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.

7. Stay up-to-date on institute programs and policies: Maintain knowledge of academic programs, admission requirements, and institute policies.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree: In a relevant field (e.g., education, communications, counseling).

2. 2+ years of experience: In admissions, counseling, or a related field.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport with prospective students, families, and colleagues.

4. Strong organizational and time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

5. Familiarity with CRM software: Experience with customer relationship management systems (e.g., Salesforce).

**Nice to Have**

1. Master's degree: In a relevant field (e.g., education, counseling).

2. Experience in higher education: Familiarity with university or college admissions processes.

3. Knowledge of student information systems.
