**Role Overview**

We are seeking a passionate and proactive intern to join our performance marketing team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta **(Facebook/Instagram)** and Google Ads platforms. You'll work closely with our experts to develop strategies that drive measurable results for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning, creating, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to support campaign setup.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
- Stay updated with platform changes and industry trends.
- Support the team with other performance marketing activities as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising concepts.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads Manager; certifications are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
